Hello, dear readers. Today I'm in quite a predicament. It's my sister's birthday this Wednesday, and I still don't have a gift for her. Many of you might be thinking, big deal, why the hell should I care about your sister's birthday? Even more of you are probably thinking, pix please! Completely reasonable! No nudes though, sorry.
This is the only one I could find. My oldest sister Jessica is on the left, and Jody, the sister in question, is the blonde on the right.
Also, as an extra birthday surprise, I'm going to dedicate the song Red and Purple by The Dodos to her at the next open mic on Monday night. She dated Meric Long, the lead singer, and made me listen to the band, so even though I might be taking a chance as coming off as a weird incest brother, I do really like the song and hope it means something to her. Here it is if you want to listen.
Do you think it's worth it to pay for one day shipping and have my best friend sing backup vocals and play the tambourine on stage with me? Or would that be a weird thing to do with someone else's present?

Would there be that big of a difference in sound quality between TAMBOURINES? I'm no expert but they should sound all the same, right? So go for the one that's more aesthetically pleasing to your sister ;o
