I often have bad posture while I'm on a computer.

Bad things need to get fixed.
I noticed one interesting but also very 'duh' thing about my computer posture.

While I'm not paying attention, my head gets positioned exactly so that my eyes are in alignment with the center of the screen. And with the current setup of my monitor, that requires me to bend forward to get to that position.

I'm wondering if you guys do that too.

I try to maintain an acceptable posture, but it always ends up being detestable.

i have to lower my eyes a little bit so i don't think it's a problem. however, my mouse set up sucks, my wrist hurts every time i play bw.

iirc, your eyes are supposed to align with the top of the screen :S

Even if my monitor was 2 feet higher I would still have bad posture and slouch while using it.

I usually pretty good about this because my monitor can change height (slides up and down and can even turn 90 degrees =D )

When I am on my laptop however, I am bent way over

Couldn't decide on the vote... I only sometimes focus on the center. But when I do, because I have a laptop, I can just tilt the screen back so I have better posture ^_^

coz that's why I wrote this...

It's perfectly natural to want to lower your head to have better view.

I actually decided to raise my monitor in hopes of improving my posture earlier today :p

I usually look down a bit and find myself slouching after a while.
