modifying mouses?

i've seen couple modded razer mouses on the net,
such as

does anyone here know how to mod razer mouses?
i have a razer diamondback 3g, and currently my green light went out (ofcourse the mouse works fine, just doesn't look sexy like it used to =o=) and i was looking for a place to open the mouse, but i dont see any screws or any openings to try and open it. help me!

Just replace your LED with a new one or put in several for rainbow colors and solder them

Sounds like it could be fun, but i dont want to fuck with my copperhead just yet ;p

sadist, where can i get new LED? i do not know anything about them ahahah.
and are the screws really under the sticker/feet?

I really don't know, you'd have to google that yourself. The site i remember seeing LED's on was here http://www.xoxide.com/lighting.html, but im not sure if they have the right LEDs for a mouse.
You'd have to be pretty good with soldering.

I remember a friend of mine bought a multi light mouse once. Everytime he hits it it alternates between blue and green. All of a sudden it stopped changing and stayed stuck on green. He was worried so he began to hit it multiple times and all of a sudden the light turned red. We have yet to figure out how it works. Pretty funny experience

There was a household hacker (or something like that) video on modding LED lights into a keyboard. I assume its pretty similar to a mouse.
