DL/UL for torrents really depend on your ISP, on some programs (Like BitComet) you can usually get away with limiting your UL speed without affecting DL speeds | ||

I do have the router, but that feature isn't in there I have a WRT54G, and I did check out the first post, and didn't have that kind of settings. | ||

I have the WRT54GL with the Tomato firmware on it and it has QoS, maybe you could try that? There's also lots of other custom firmwares out there. They shouldn't be too hard to install. | ||
