1v1 gets somewhat repetitive at times (I know, kill me). So, I am looking for some fun FFA maps... because BGH also gets a little repetitive at times. I prefer maps that lead to longer games, though it would certainly be nice if it didn't involve breaking the SC sprite limit every game.

Any ideas? :D

It's a nice way to play a longer game with a couple friends, especially those who are more casual gamers and dislike 1v1.

Blood Bath!! I would think FFA would be sweet on a map like that. I remember back in the day some of my old clan mates used to do FFAs on a map called Micro Hunters. I used to like doing that since u barely have space hehe.

FFA is amazing. I love the long games on huge maps that arent symmetrical (though I hate the ones that are completely IMBA).

It feels like its 4 2v2's going on at once and sometimes you wander into a big battle between 2, 3, sometimes more players.

It is so much fun, I always just set up defenses so I dont get rushed and then take it from there. I wish people did more FFA :D :D :D

I don't mean to draw any flames, but if you want to play FFA, wc3 is seriously the way to go. It has fantastic FFA mechanisms that promotes aggression (I used to play that format a lot).

edit: the map you posted probably have some problems. Balance-wise, it is obvious that 2-o'clock spawning point is faw inferior to the 10-o'clock one; furthermore the whole map seems to lack in resources... which will most likely promote turtling and lots of terrans.

Yeah, the map isn't exactly balanced. Though, as long as it's not completely IMBA, it can still be fun most of the time. I agree on what you mean by the resources, so I edited the minerals and gas on the map to hold 50,000 instead of their normal amounts, just to prevent anyone from running out of resources.

Actually, what might be better is to create 1 or 2 resource "hot spots" in the middle of the map. This will promote everyone to fight for the control of them. As it stands right now it might play out poorly, because any half-decent players would just take a reasonable amount of expansions near his base and turtle until other players fighting each other to death, then use the resources in his bank to sweep the map. If you have 2-3 players like that, the game could go very long.
