As for Girl #1, so she's 16, you can't date her, but maybe if you can wait for 2 more years, she'll be 18 and maybe her dad will let you date her of course if you really still like Girl #1 then waiting is true love. Girl 2 requires a pic to see how the drugs have fucked her up (or not as the case may be)

This tells you many things... primarily her will power. Also being associated with a drug baronness might just get you killed so you might want to take that into account.

Girl 1 has nazi parents which will ALWAYS ALWAYS be a problem. Keep that in mind as well.
