At least for me it eases the throat (usually momentarily, sometimes entirely depending on how bad the condition is) and overall calms me down. | ||

as well you can try taking a SMALL (stress this) pinch of salt and drop it on the back of your throat works like salt water cept you wont have to taste it if you drop it well  | ||
