as well you can try taking a SMALL (stress this) pinch of salt and drop it on the back of your throat works like salt water cept you wont have to taste it if you drop it well  | ||

Drink LOTS OF LIQUIDS. Your urine should be clear. If it is not, drink more. Honey will help, so will chocolate- however your best bet is going to be hot liquids. (Tea, Hot cocoa ext.) Anti inflammatory might do you some good. So if you have any around the house i would suggest that. But i have some questions: 1. Do you have any congestion? 2. If you have any nasal snot what color is it 3. Do you have tonsils? 4. How long has this been going on? I am going to school to be an NP so i might be able to help a bit. | ||

I take it as soon as I start getting one and then whenever my throat starts to itch. Sore throats used to make me hate life, but now they're no prob. Edit: Unlike all these other solutions, this one is an instant cure. The pain will go away pretty much right away and you won't have to worry about it. | ||
