WOW ive not been keeping up with progaming recently so this is just absolutely insane to me. For typing a single character you get DQ'ed?
The players need to unite and get this rule changed. A simple strike would have the rule changed in a day if enough of the well known players got involved.

wouldn't help too much I think, from what i have read the korean fans are already pressuring them and opening hundreds of topics on their forums, but kespa just keeps ignoring it and not responding.

Both players in the finals should protest by typing shit during each match. Of course getting somebody to possibly forfeit 40k might be a bit of a stretch. But I am sure it would lead to some reform.

I absolutely do not understand why talking between players is prohibited. They did it few times in some "fun" games (e.g. boxer vs nada) and it only made the games better..
