I just noticed this today. On my shoulder, my clavicle bone seems to sticking out.( Not sure if it's the right bone but just know that some bone is sticking out on the top of my shoulder.)
I don't know when this happened or how it happened. This what I know so far and I'm going to the doctor's to get this checked.
So i met this girl a few months ago and I liked her, So i noticed that I was fat, my cousin started his weight loss program.
This motivated me along with the tl fitness program. So i lost weight and i think your collar bone shows because of that. However, there is like this weird pointy bone. That's scaring me. Oh, I also started lifting weights. I'm 16 and pretty weak so I just do 15 reps of 16 pound weights.
I don't know if it's the lifting but I'm scared. I was just searching online and it just might be that.
Do you guys have any thoughts. I did lose considerable weight but that pointy boney part right on top of my shoulders is creeping me out.

if you are worried, get it checked out by a doctor. It'll help calm you. If there's nothing wrong, he will tell you and you won't have to worry about it. If there IS something wrong, at least you know so you can take steps to avoid damaging it.

I just touched the top part of my brother's shoulder. It feels like a ball when you go around it, however mine isn't like that, a small bone sticks out.

15reps? If strength is your main concern you should be aiming for the 1-5 rep range to improve it. 15reps is an endurance-targeted workout.

scared? if you don't feel pain or discomfort there is no reason to be scared nor even worried.
