Recently goodgame.ru started a project called "LifeCraft". The main purpose is to make interview with StarCraft and WarCraft players asking not about the game, but about their life in general. The first one is [image loading]

So, tell us about your birth and living place

I born in Chernivtsi city (Ukraine), where I do live now. My city is also called "Little Paris". Old streets, lots of pedestrian crossings. Lot's of cafees, parks, etc.etc. Very beautiful place. So if you'll ever come to my city - call me back, please, and I'll make an excursion for you

What about your school age? If I'm not misstaken, you have already finished the school... Really big boy Have you been mannered or violated all the rules?

Wel... I can spend a day talking about my school years, and that's quite difficult to remember everything. Anyway, I started really good, and I was a "standart" boy later on. And, yes, teachers called for my parrents ~2 times. After school I studied in university for "Economical Cybernetics" profession.

How about real sport?

Sure! I tried almost everything

Played valleyball and basketball for school team. I'd like to play basketball now, but I don't have time for that unfortunately. I'm playing football every Sunday, and I use to go to gym. Trying to keep myself in shape

Dmitry, computer seems to be important in your life. But how did you come to e-sport?

Oh... First I touched cyberspace was 8-bit console. It was some chinese copy of NES. Played Galaxy and Tanks a lot with my neighbour

Next was Sega Mega drive 2 :D Next one was Sone Playstation, with my favourite games: Tekken and GranTurismo. Never used to play strategies before. But RedAlert changed me. I remember I've set too much in settings, so that my PS was laggy

When I got PC, first game I bought was RA (and StarCraft was already available).
But it was my neighbour who showed me the StarCraft game. He described "red balls" with such a passion, so I wanted to try it out myself. Of couse my first game was verse a comp... But it was just a start.

It seems like you are a real muscleman. Heavy athletics, or just a gym?

I'm not a miscleman. I just like to go to gym ^^. For five years already. Excluding last month, as I tried Lent.
(remark: Lent is a "Great Advert", which lasts 40 days right before Easter. Christians should not eat meat, fish, milk and eggs - all the proteins except vegetables)

To be honest, I tried it the first time. And I made it

Lost about 4~5 kg weight. But it's ok for 48 days

And by the way I have also diped into ice-hole at Epiphany. I felt great! And never got cold this year

(remark: every night at Epiphany (19th of January) Christians use to dip into ice-hole three times to be healthy all the year)

Well... They say "Sportsmen are never sick" But how often do you catch cold?

Quite seldom. I'm under Kaspersky's defence :D

What can you offer to thin "not-sportlike" gamers (like most actualy are)

Just playing some sport, except e-sport or chess

Cant remember. I'm trying to make unexpected funny presents.

Same as I am. I'm just trying to be a good man. I can say I do earn with e-sport, and I have some money; but if I wouldn't, I'd start my own business. Commerece - buy-sell

Well, I like to dring some beer with friends. I also like partied in some nightclubs with some good DJ casting.

Like club music?

Yeah, I liked it recently. I also like Russian rap bands. Dunno, I have to listen to something before I can say I like it.

Ok, Dmitry, girls are OK. But tell me, please, when you fought list time? Not in gym, but a bloody-battle at the street?

Well, I'm trying to avoid this. But last time I had to fight a year ago, as I was "forced to join"

Not too much. But it happens.

I was in cinema two month ago.

haha, great interview. Dimaga was someone who seemed to me to come out of nowhere to be one of the top foreign Zergs, so I'm glad for the chance to read about him.

I love the captions on the pictures too!
