- if there is some thought or decent presentation behind an opening post, let it go man : ) -
- stop this, stop that, this not allowed, that not allowed etc... next thing u know the general forum is not only the usual bullshit, but it's boring bullshit, i.e an inactive forum full of old stuffy threads that don't challenge a single neuron..
- in my humble opinion quit worrying about threads ur not interested in the first place, just don't click on them or close them as fast as u clicked them.
- I rather have an active general forum were people don't have to be self censoring themselves constantly about everything even if it is at the expense one extra threads I can just as easily ignore..

shit, i stopped looking at my own thread about the serial killers the second i realized how stupid everyone was in reacting to it. it doesnt take much effort to just not look.
that said, if its completely idiotic, close that shit.

I fully agree, especially since most news articles are posted days after I have already read them on a news site. I dont understand why people who are that far behind on news feel the need to share last weeks stories with us.

Quite honestly I like seeing news on the General forum. I enjoy seeing the responses and thoughts that the users on this site give for the most part.
