I never went to college and I got the graph fuck off you ;P

Hmm it looks like his ability becomes discontinious at 0. So if he never makes a hive, his win percentage is infinite (not 1, INFINITE).

So he is not only assured a win, he also automatically wins in every other dimension.

Haha nice graph ^^ I'm not sure I agree with it though. I think most would agree that his zvt was at its skill peak in his OSL finals against NaDa and around that time he generally went for the fast hive. Albeit perhaps not the super fast nest before lurker aspect that is tried from time to time nowadays. Savior's zvt started slumping around the time that terrans (fbh) figured out that the way to beat a camping zerg is to simply camp yourself and beat the hive tech rush with a legion of vessels and tanks. (FBH vs savior at desparado is a decent example) .
However I don't think it's possible to revert back to the style savior played as IPX. Terrans nowadays simply are too good and have too good build orders. The game most people think of when dreaming of saviors old lair style is the one versus oov at RoV. But do anyone remeber the build oov used in that game?. It was an 8 rax bunker rush that hardly did any damage at ALL versus a 12 hatch. He then teched firebats and medics before finally claiming his nat. The game was still close... A real build order would probably have raped savior. Hard. If you look at for example the recent luxury-flash at andromeda it becomes painfully obvious what OUGHT to happen when the terran completly and utterly fails at a bunker rush. And flash grabbed his nat way earlier than oov did in that match.

That's the whole point. He's been teching hive without a midgame flank. His old style was killing the terran's first push with a flank or mutaling or countering or whatever and kill the second push with swarm. But now he actually tries to get hive before the first push or at a weird timing like halfway between first and second push. I mean I understand why, because his swarm and plague and hive usage is a strength, but it's way too much of a sacrifice to try to get it that early.

Yeah, what's with fast hive?
Like when Luxury kept going for stupid ultralisk rushes that NEVER WORKED.

Are you guys serious? I've never seen a graph with the x axis measured in inverse seconds before.

Given how he didn't provide units, it should be a graph showing the general relationship, the actual unit and progression of the x axis doesn't particularly matter there imo.
