Easiest way, next time she tries to talk to you, just be an absolute dick so she wont wanna talk to you anymore, if she doesnt get that she keeps fucking with your head, then she wont ever be able to have a normal friendship with you nor will she move past it, easiest just to cut her from your life fully.
