Disregard, this has been fixed.

So I upgraded my computer recently changing from AMD/ATI to Intel/Nvidia. Anyway I installed all my new drivers and uninstalled all my old ones. But this is where the problems start. I keep getting this whenever I right click on the open space in folders (to make a new folder or change sorting options or viewing options, etc)...

Now this is what it looks like after I cancel this installation a couple times (it pops up 2-3 times)...

Looks normal, right? Well what I think is missing is the ATI version of the Nvidia selection. But I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I know it has something to do with the registry but no registry cleaner has fixed it and I can't figure out how to remove it after a series of searches in my PC.

Does anyone know how to remove this crap manually?
