lol this was a reply i made to "depressed." by Caller in the blogs section, but i decided to make a blog myself. this is also my first blog and i will prolly have more blog entries in the future, mostly which i will be ranting about stuff..or w/e. anyways here i goooo0000o0o0o00o
schools about to start. i also finally found a job at the bookstore at my university, but its unstable, i might get laid off in a couple of months, but i found a more job at a restaurant but its kinda far from my university and i dont have my license yet and have to wait til the 29th to get it if i dont pass the test, i will have to quit the restaurant and hope that i will get a regular position at the bookstore, which is very unlikely. i also joined a starcraft amateur proleague which i have to make time and practice for.
well....on the bright side, these will keep me busy for a while so i dont have to think about how depressed i am and think about this one girl i rly liked for a long time. everytime i see her or talk to her i cant think. everything i was thinking about just goes away, and ive known her for a long time. i just can never tell her for fear of rejection or losing a friend or having her think im wierd and avoid me.............

she's really pretty and im just too shy to tell her. shes also hard working and smart. i tell u that cuz i dont want to be a douchebag liking her only cuz shes pretty. o and she sings well too. not like celine dion, but shes ok. i had a chance to tell her once. actually i had a couple times where i couldve told her, but i was too much of a pussy to tell her =[ she goes to the same school as me but i dont see her much anymore. i cant even talk casually to her. when im around her, i would make some wierd faces lol. i talk to her better on AIM so i dont have to look or sound like a nerd when im speaking to her. i can hide behind my computer so she cant see how bad i am. im talking to her right now and i dont even know what to say. we talked about the olympics and how i hate michael phelps cuz he wins too much, our schedules next semester, and her day. pretty dry conversation huh?
anyway.........

Yo man...Feel you on so many levels. I seriously need to tell you though about this girl. TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL. So many regrets in my life..over things that could have been. Leave no regrets... You don't want to not tell her and then 4 years later you see her and shes like "Ohh man I used to have the biggest crush on you..." - However unlikely it may seem...its better safe to sorry and if you ask her out and she says no..well then you are back where you started...but atleast you can know that you you tried and feel like you did what you could....because maybe you don't find another girl as good as she seems...again?....But they are out there so..just wait for the girl that is looking for you because you are worth it.
P.S. If she denies you saying "we are good friends / don't want to ruin relationship" just tell her "I promise never to be your friend" but its a joke...play it off like one..see what she thinks.
P.P.S. I don't know how much rejection you have had to deal with but if SC is like your only experience I can tell you this: If you ask her out and she decides to say no, she isn't going to say it like: "OMG NO NOOB!! A- USERS ONLY!" lol my attempt at humour GL.

what's there to be depressed about? it sounds more like anxiety about everyday things.
then again perhaps i'm making things seem more trivial to myself because i have really bad depression that basically disables me.
well good luck with the girl. if you have more confidence talking over the internet that may be the way to tell her how you feel, especially if you're feeling depressed about her and how you feel, getting that out will probably help.

we used to have thing back 5 years ago but it dint rly take off. it was rly sudden and i wasnt rly feeling it at the time. some months later i decided to ask her but she had found someone else and all is history. and then couple semesters ago she asked me if i still liked her ...........................................

just talk it out, talk to her, dont' worry about the choke up sometimes what you say will be funny and just an icebreaker in it self. besides whats the big deal its a girl another human with xx instead of xy if it falls through its cool there are more girls and more starcraft to play
don't sweat it buddy, if you have been friends for long im sure she won't be too weirded out, it may be a natural progression of things. besides if she does say no why does the friendship have to suffer, don't think of it as all or nothing and im sure that if you have been friends for long she likes something about you so go for it no worries
and talk about anything, your conversation is dry cuz you are thinking to hard, talk about clothes or shoes or guns just random shit it doesn't matter, see her in person go for coffee so what if you are looking about big deal, make funny faces make one at her bring a camera take funny ones

There is nothing worse than being weak and depressed for you to get a girl.
There are generally 3 types of guys :
1. Those who are trying too hard on many girls
2. Those who are desperate and have problem trying at all
3. Those in the golden middle
Now the third group is the most attractive for most girls.
The first group is the one that gets a girl when she is in a weak state.
Lastly the second group never gets any T_T.
Get a glass of wine and a cigarette, pour and smoke your depression down to shit.

I wouldn't exactly call this depression, everyone feels like shit when their vacation is over, work/school/whatever is about to start, nobody likes that UNTIL it actually starts and 5min into the day you'll notice that it's no big deal.
About the girl issue, one thing that you need to learn sooner or later is that you need to stop thinking of women as some kind of superior unattainable entity, if you don't you will never be able to properly talk to a girl.

I'm terrible at the girl friend zone thing. I'm too nice to girls and always friend zone myself. That said, what I am now pretty good at is telling girls how I feel, being rejected and yet us both still being great friends. Which allows you to get over the girl in question instantly because it's not repressed or awkward and you can move on to finding another girl to reject you :p

I feel you on that computer thing, I used to do that once with this girl and then she called me and I said like nothing for an hour, we're cool though.
But compliment her more, if she sings well, tell her, that doesnt mean that she's gonna think you like her. And tell her she looks good, dont tell her shes hot or sexy at least yet. gl h5

I asked a girl once cause I was dared to and she was a bitch. I was like "wanna go out?" in a non-serious manner she goes "tssk" and walks away. Insulting however I didn't care. But I learned something! It's not THAT bad getting rejected. NObody really cares if you get rejeceted. It happens...
Think of it like diving off of a REALLY high diving bored. Once you jump you're not going back the way you came.

Nothing is wrong with you... Just go tell her that you still like her.. You are being a little farfethced..becasue from what you have told me it sounds like you could have had her atleast once prolly twice...and I mean its not that crazy of a thing to do, telling her that you like her still....I mean atleast you don't have it like some peoople...where they cherish a girl they will prolly never even talk to.. But seriously though, don't worry a lot of guys have your problem. For me, it's more like being drunk at 5 am with two girls and then accidently telling one girl how I felt. It was right before my chemistry final too. Somehow I got an A on the final even though my mind was like "pictures of her".
Getting rejected is normal. 
At least you didn't spend a week alone with a girl in a foreign country only to have her STILL not like you at all.
Cheer up, go to Jamba Juice, grab a smoothie, and maybe a girl too. ^^
