Really, we eat to fulfill our desires. It was nothing to do with our body's actual needs. At least not in the western world. Almost nobody there eats because they would suffer damage if they wouldn't. Did you forget that humans die when they don't eat? :D It's not a western fad of luxury and convenience to want to eat regularly. Your body will actually function worse when it hasn't been fed for awhile. I would guess you have an eating disorder (or could easily develop one) based on the tone of your post, and you should be careful in the future. | ||
