It's a real good way to come to terms and face your desires. Hunger for food is incredibly strong. It feels like you are going insane. And it's not that the body actually needs the food at that moment. It's just your brain makes you desire it above anything else. Really, we eat to fulfill our desires. It was nothing to do with our body's actual needs. At least not in the western world. Almost nobody there eats because they would suffer damage if they wouldn't. | ||
