I didn't think of grad school until late 3rd year (pretty much at the last minute), and right now PhD is on my mind, but not in the same way Master's was. I've decided that I really don't wanna go the full way and do a PhD and decided that I wanted to get a job right after my Masters. People tell me I might make last second decisions and decide that I wanna go further in my studies since that's what I did in undergrad, but that was different. Before it was "I dunno wtf I wanna do, hey grad school perks my interests" whereas right now it's like "I kinda don't wanna do PhD." | ||

In most faculties, its much easier for your research advisor to let you turn a PhD thesis into a Master's thesis than the reverse. I'd go for a PhD, and if you hate it, get a downgrade to masters, but as it stands, most profs will not want a master's student, because they have a much higher training cost per output. | ||
