Hello TL.net. I am new posting here; however, I have been around. I would like to regain my skills from a break. I'm offering poker lessons and/or chess lessons for some1 to help teach my bw.

Poker Experience. Granted I dont have anything recorded but I can show some screenshots of myself winning some online tournements.

Chess Experience. I am the New York State Unrated Champion for 2006. I have been playing for a while and I am always willing to help.

Edit: I am around D+ - C- iccup. Forgetting to say my skill would be detrimental to those willing to help me.

Sure, The problem is this is difficult to start as a br. I would barely join a table with more than 2% of the bankroll. (Unless a fish is completely obvious) So a higher bankroll would be needed.

Well to play correctly it is 5% of your bankroll. I dont like dealing with money pressure so I rarely use 2% of my bankroll unless I can spot a fish on a higher table. By normal standards, 100$ would be suffecient for .5-.10 blinds. Granted they are idiots online at that level, so it is easy to make money here.

I would be on the safe side and have around 150-200$ to begin.

If you want to show me some replays of yourself I can give you advice, I don't really want to learn to play poker or chess better so I don't need anything in return. If you want to PM me we can set up a time to meet online tonight or later sometime. I'm a B+ high Terran player but I think I could still give you basic advice about Protoss/Zerg.

i'd stay a starting br of 50 would be fine for micro stakes at stars (.01/.02, maybe .02/.05)

I can help you bw (practice games + watch reps) if you help me poker. I play nl25 @ ftp. PM me your msn/aim if interested.
I am (or was) around a D+ to C zerg. A little out of shape though :/
