the black guy is not responsible for davids death, he did not directly or indirectly cause his death, at most he would get charged with assault causing bodily harm if david is still alive. think about it this way, if a gun store sells a gun to a black guy and the black guy goes out and kills some1 while robbing the person, so is the gun store indirectly responsible for the victims death? absolutely not, everything is too circumstantial in this case, its just coincidence/bad luck at its best. it can only be called as an accident, law does not involve emotions, what u r trying to charge the black guy and the woman is based on emotion. im not saying they both r innocent. and if according to u, david and his friend both indirectly caused davids death, why? because if they didnt go out that night to kick some1s ass, none of this would have happened, who can u blame? only their stupidity. and they brought a baseball bat with them to begin with, if david didnt get killed some1 else would have probably got killed instead. either case would have been devastating. p.s i dont know how the woman can just drive for a 100m after running david over, u cant possibly explain that unless she admits she was drunk at the time of accident.

He was running away from the cops in a stolen car, and he crashed it killing one of the people with him. This new article doesn't say the extent of his injuries but he's crippled from the neck down now. He was also the driver. I know this because a friend who knows him, seen him about a month ago in the hospital (He's still there).

Kinda messed up.. That's karma I guess? It's a shame another person had to die in the process though, because of Jason Francis.
