I personally Liked oov
during few months , I was really busy so i couldnt watch
any of nowadays matches and news ..
Recently , I have heard about oov's from my friends said
" hey , oov retired yesterday and he is turning into the 'couch' . what a shocking ..."
"It was really deserved .honestly , he didnt make any succesful consequences for T1 during few years .. and even not good at personal leagues.."
"Maybe It is good for him to retire and be a couch ,isnt it? he was fucking special but not now . now he has no ablity then he was fucked and fucked .."
I thought oov has ability to revive , though he still could make differences.. No , he shoud've had to make a real changes ..
How about yours, then ?
really sorry for his retirement.. with me

At least he can still be active and contribute to the team. His experience should help SKT1 become competitive again.

maybe so.. but I want to see him again in the stadiums .. Anyway he would do his best on couching staff ..

I was disappointed to see Oov retiring as a progamer. However, I think he'll make an excellent coach because of his experiences on the gaming side of things and I'm interested to see which direction T1's revised management and line up with take in the future.

I feel you man. I felt that oov is way too young to retire. I felt that oov is giving up too early on his career as a progamer. To be honest I think his passion is only that a fraction of say BoxeR's passion of being a progamer. I will sorely miss oov from the scene but we can at least be thankful that he's remaining as the coach.

I generally don't like any non-protoss players, but oov was a big exception. I just loved his mentality of trying to win with the most units every game and the fact that no one could stop his macro for a good period of time. Sadly, I think it was probably his time to retire. He was still able to reach a few MSLs lately just with his overwhelming skill, but his play looked uninspiring (I remember seeing some recent games of him and thinking "I can't be watching iloveoov") and I honestly didn't even think he was having fun playing starcraft. When you lose the fun in what you're doing, it's probably time to step down.

The couch Oov - buy it at your nearest IKEA today!
Seriously tho I'm really gonna miss him. Someone said it really well: "Nada showed that macro is just as important as micro. Oov showed that micro is unneccessary."
