time for an emo rant!
well, one of my "friends" is now my ex's boyfriend. I seriously cant handle the situation because even when i seemed not to care, i still love her (after seven months aprox, i was way deeply in love, 1st mistake: "to women; not all the love, neither the money")
so they started dating telling me the were just "hanging out", yeah... so now they're a couple. Now im trying my best to deal with the situation. I got sad a couple of days but "recovered" fast. I was doing pretty good until my *friend* tells me something about my ex. Shit there goes my mind remembering everything about her. Even the most trivial event in life still links my thoughts to her.
So im having nightmares about missing her, i wake up all sad, and i say to myself: FUCK THIS WOMAN ISNT WORTH IT. yet, the nightmares are there. i really wish there was a way to remove her from my memories atm.
Im trying to find a cute girl i can actually talk and have a fun time with, but no success yet. I have met many girls lately, but none meets my standarts. Looking forward to find one soon. Thats it i think.

Judging from her behavior, she's not a particularly nice person. It's impressive that you can see past it, but take a step back and don't just say "this isn't worth it" but actually feel it!

hang in there this feeling WILL pass. If you havent, tell your friend how you feel. He probably wont breakup with her (Not that you'd want that) but he would at least be aware and possibly respect how you feel by giving you time/not being so open about it with you. In the meantime take this time to collect yourself and do things for you like take on a new hobby or socialize with a new circle of friends. Date some girls or spend time within yourself. Losing a loved one sucks, having them date one of your friends is killer but its also life. As long as they are decent human beings about it you have no case for murder 
Good luck man, this feeling is about as intense and painful as it gets. But its necessary for us to get stronger.

I disagree with what inc wrote. Wholeheartedly. You see, the reason she does that (it is she who does that, not your friend, most likely) is not some "instantly developed miraclous love", she just wants to leave with a bigger "fuck you". She is not necessarily an evil mastermind, she might be doing that out of instinct, without fully realizing how shitty her behavior is, but 9 of 10, they will break up very soon after draining you dry of emotion. However, your relationship with her is over, don't even try anything. What should concern you is your friend.
1) He fully understands that his involvement in the situation is purely to make you feel worse, thus, he is a cold-hearted motherfucker and deserves at least castration, which you are happy to provide.
2) He doesn't have a clue and believes in the miracle of love, thus, he is an idiot and deserves to get a beating for his ignorance.
Kick his butt, that is the only choice you benefit from in any case.
