As a side note, I find that being healthy and staying healthy has a lot to do with the choices you make outside of what you see as your 'exercise routine'. Things like walking somewhere instead of driving, going for a bike ride instead of watching a movie, etc. Eventually this kind of decision making becomes habitual. I dunno, I guess people are just so lazy these days cause they can be. I have no point. | ||

I've started doing something similar as well, running 2~3 miles a day (well i was till school started, need to stop being lazy) and some ab work. Gonna start lifting again after school probably too, need my upper body to get back into shape, i probably lost like 20 lb on my bench over summer. Also havent squated in forever T_T | ||
