I ddon't doubt that he will understand dota after a few months, he might have some new hindsights and he is the kind of guy who culd figure any game.
Well, he didn't really say that he was gonna play hardcore, make tutorails and all that stuff.
He kinda post about dota right after TI, which is good publicity but doesn't sound as naturally "passionnate".
And also I wonder, will he have time to learn dota? (i'm pretty sure he already knows more than lots of people), but I mean wasn't time one of the reason he decided to stream from time to time, and focused on hearthstone cause it's abit more "easier" than on others games?
I am not up to date on his situation, I know he streamed more and more (I think??), and his youtube channel always have new videos.

i kept saying this when they were making starcraft 2: 3 dimensions. 3 dimensions. 3 dimensions. and time. that's what an RTS was MEANT TO BE. and then it wasn't.
dota is huge now and it's awesome and it's better than anything I've ever done AND YOU CANT LEAVE THE GAME EVER.

I mean you're wrong, sure dota has an additional aspect of complexity because it's a team game but that's not the only reason it's more strategic. SC is more tactical and mechanically far more complex and difficult, dota is more strategic.
