EPTI joined teamliquid back in 2010. I loved teamliquid and the korean brood war scene, bought me some t-shirts and watched proleague msl osl and so on and so forth. I was a little obsessed to be honest.
And then I stumbled upon this cool little easter egg (I thought) about the team liquid homepage and I thought I was so clever, so I put it in my signature figuring that pretty soon I would be flooded with pms from people congratulating me on my cleverness. Well.. five years have passed and I`m tired of waiting on the messages so I`ll reveal it in this blog post instead!
First let us look at the team liquid header image today:

Here we have the now classic water horse logo and some snazzy font, but if you look closely you will see some pretty horses running in the background.
Now lets jump back in time and look at an older version of the team liquid header image:

The pretty horses are way more visible here. But who made the illustration of the horses you may be wondering. Do not worry, I have got you covered!

The illustration was made by an artist named Jim Warren.
As Jim Warren so eloquently puts it:
"I now “DO” horses."
No kidding, this guy has made a lot of paintings with horses:

The ""DO" horses" quote relates to Jim Warrens first painting with horses. Some time before 1981 he was asked to create the album cover for Bob Segers album "Against the wind". It was Bob Segers most successful album, and it looked like this:
