I didn't realise how dramatic the effects of vertigo could be.
Well, first I thought vertigo was fear of heights, but it actually has nothing to do with anxiety. Vertigo is the sensation of giddiness. I have some form of this. It's basically because of problems in my inner ear. The feeling you get from this is like something is pulling you to the side and you have to fight to stay upright. It got so bad that I developed psychosomatic pain from constantly correcting my balance.
Anyway, hoping that this will help solve some problems and maybe I can move on with my life.
If anyone has vertigo I can recommend the home procedure above for relieving it.
