January 31st, 2015.
The deadline for Blizzard internships, and ever since I set food in the Undercity during my first days of World of Warcraft I've dreamt of working for Blizzard.
I wrote my art school admission essay about StarCraft and World of Warcraft, and I drew a particular idea I had had for a Protoss unit that I included in my portfolio.
On this day I begin my quest to assemble a Resume, Cover Letter, and Portfolio in anticipation for this Intern Deadline. It will be a long and hard journey but I HAVE TO DO IT! I must! I have to intern for Blizzard!
I'll be applying for 2D Artist intern and Concept Art intern.
Orthographic drawings, paintings, figure drawings, designs, landscapes, cityscapes, characters, I have to do this within around a week.
I shall stash my new portfolio works here for criticism/a nice log of progress.
Step one; Protoss Orthographic!

I'm not horde but I don't think setting up a feast in the undercity is a very good idea.

Good luck man! I am so jealous  I wish I lived in the Irvine area, I would faint if I ever had the opportunity to work at Blizzard, even if only as an intern.

I'm currently in Rhode Island, so if I get this its gonna be a cross country trek, lol
All too worth it if it comes true lol
EDIT: 95% of the way through with the frontal view on the Orthographic Protoss. :d

This is what I've got for the frontal Protoss Orthographic...
I think his heads too big.
Oh, and this was my idea for a Protoss unit that utilized Void Ray technology, in that he uses a Prismatic Core and the little reflectors to focus its power, so when he attacks his arm swirls with Psionic energy and that and the Prismatic Core generate energy which the reflectors (floating around his shoulder there) focus into a Void Ray-esque beam.
