The only thing I could think of is getting some evidence of the harassment (like recording the calls he makes or have pictures taken when he is harassing her in public or even a hidden mic on her person) then try to appeal to an authority at a higher level then the local police since they seem content to let their buddy get away with anything. Everything leaves a trace so if you can convince SOMEONE to do their actual job that has authority to investigate stuff should show up. I think an important thing is to support her as much as possible because with these kinds of things it is only a matter of time until she breaks (which is the guys goal). | ||

Is it possible for her to transfer to another school in some other state. You said she has great grades maybe she can get a scholarship. It would be bad for your relationship obviously but if it gets her away from this monster it's still worth it. God, this sorta thing makes you wish Dexter was real. | ||

Our society has reached a point where we hear about a story, but the amount of horrifying events and ideas surrounding it scare us to almost want to believe it's not real. I'm not going to say one way or another simply because it's a blog I'm reading on a website so I'll just assume it's true, but thought the psychology of that response was interesting. She should have purchased a gun as soon as she was 18; it's freaking 'murica (not that I'm personally in favor of handgun use; if anything people should carry rifles). Even a irritant spray or electroshock device could be useful. It sounds like she gets voice calls from the teacher? That would be an instant conviction right there if his calls were recorded and not obfuscated well. If I was in im a roc's shoes, and knew for certain that the woman wasn't lying (which despite the phone calls seems like a real possibility), I'd probably spend a significant portion of my life stalking the teacher when he isn't working. Pick the locks to his house, bug his computer(s) or inject a virus into his computer(s), find out his wifi signal password and/or monitor his wifi if possible, break into all his online accounts from the previous actions, steal the wireless unlock signal of his car, etc. I'd pretty much dedicate my life to infesting him in a covert manner, and I have no idea why you wouldn't be doing the same. I guess the fact that it's illegal is a good point, but in the case where the police seem to be ignoring the law, it's perfectly justifiable and also seemingly less likely that the police would even care. | ||

I think that you should have some definite questions about the validity of her stories. At the same time, you realllllly shouldn't have this blog up. Doubly so if she's actually facing a defamation suit. Or for no other reason, she might be pretty goddamn pissed that her bf is sharing her sexual assault stories with a bunch of random nerds. | ||
