No we haven't been using condoms but that was only because she said she couldn't get pregnant. Apparently she tried with her last boyfriend, had a miscarriage, and couldn't get pregnant after that no matter how hard she tried. But now I'm thinking perhaps the problem was with her boyfriend and not her...
Now I'm not a religious man by any means, but yesterday for the first time in my life, my knees hit the pavement, I shut my eyes, and I prayed. Dear Lord God Jesus, I need you now more than ever. Last time she got pregnant was a miscarriage so I'm pretty sure that this makes this one more likely to also be a miscarriage. Fingers crossed. Sadly, I don’t think her getting an abortion is an option because 1 she already has another kid and 2 her parents are super catholic.
Since I found out about it I've had this constant unsettling feeling in the pit of my stomach, and I feel like my life is over.

Your title is misleading. You made the choice to stay with her and fuck with no rubbers. You couldn't man up and end it when you wanted to and are now stuck in this situation due to your own inability to make smart decisions in life.
