"I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took any excuse." - Florence Nightingale
The day was a fairly easy one on the exercise front. After getting up I decided to complete the body weight exercises first. As with the other arm based exercises in the past I did struggle. The next program I will start on will most likely focus on the upper body as it still seems to be my weakest feature,
The cardio of the day was open so I decided to head down to my local swimming pool to get a break from the running. The length pool ended up being closed to the public, so I ended up taking a break and went for a walk around the park instead. As I couldn't run properly in jeans and I wouldn't have time to go back home and then head out again. To make up for it, tomorrows regime has a optional 1 mile long run, instead I will go for a 3 km run and try and get my time per km down below 6 minutes.
The days Starcraft was also unimpressive. I ended up playing a total of 13 games on and off stream and ended up going 6-7.
I played some really solid games throughout the day, I went 2-2 in ZvZ both wins were solid macro games where I fell back into my muta style with ease, both of the losses were pure throws I won't make excuses I just played really badly, eg getting supply blocked and losing to a ling run by.
My ZvPs were the worst, I lost one game due to misreading a allin and another to a phoenix opener which simply ripped me apart.
My ZvTs were the best games, all the losses were pure throws. The three games I won were solid games in each one I ended up having a 150+ apm really above average for me and I really felt in control of the mid-late game. The losses were just stupid two were due to forgeting to rally my second overlord to my natural and another due to getting supply blocked.
Nothing special happened on stream, I averaged about 3-4 viewers.
Overall I really need to improve my early game in all match-ups, first step is perfecting my build orders.

As always thanks for reading. Tomorrow there will be no stream as I will be competing in the UK MSI online cup, which builds towards a lan event at the end of the year. Wish me luck!
Note: I am still looking for someone to help me with improving my stream quality via graphics etc, let me know if you can help out!
