All I had to go on was that it started with a guy sing "dah dah dah duh duh duh..." after that incredibly frustrating experience, which I also had with this song + Show Spoiler + To get here I had to search "song with the whistling at the beginning" I thought I should share it here in case there were any other people that wanted the song in case they ever wanted to find it in the future.
