Greetings! My name is Andrew and I am a junior attending highschool right now. Growing up I enjoyed playing games on my Ps2 with my brother and then WoW for 6 years. Last year I was introduced to e-sports when I stumbled across a day9 video on Youtube. A week later I was playing Starcraft 2, attempting to climb the ladder. I made it to rank 1 plat. about 3 months ago and tuned into most tournaments and became obsessed with e-sports.
Where this story gets interesting is I became the "starcraft" guy at my school. I go to a small school in the middle of nowhere Nebraska. (not really its right outside omaha but still). My school is full of hicks and truckers of the sort, and only a handful of gamers that are dispersed within.
I now have a goal, and this blog will be used to update my progress. Because my school is small and does not have many gamers, I want to create a teamleague for all of the omaha metro area. This teamleague will be for high schools students only and depending on how much interest there is will determine how big it becomes. I want to make a logo for this teamleague and facebook page and really everything. This teamleague can consist of any games that people want, but the main focus will be the following;
Dota2
Starcraft
LoL
CS:GO (if anyone plays that)
Halo? ( I don't play Halo but I know a lot of people do)
