Sheth is seriously one of the coolest dudes out there. And when people get things taken away from them that they care about, you know some people grieve really hard and they get angry and they attack other people and do all of these negative things, but you see none of that with Sheth. And that's what I think makes him such a cool person. He never has anything bad to say about anybody. Even when it's deserved. He always seems to be in a good mood and he lifts everyone's spirits whenever he's around. I'm glad to see that he's taking it so well. You're a champ, Sheth. The world needs more people like you!

I'm not even joking when I thought you had amazing potential. I thought you would go far and be up there with the top foreigners. Then I heard you had wrist issues and I thought that when you would finally clear them up, it would take some time but you would really start displaying your potential.

It's sad to hear you say you probably won't continue as a pro-gamer, but rest assured that you made a difference. All-kill over EG, that must have felt good.

I mostly agree with what you said, it's just sad that it seems like I won't see you play sc2 competitively anymore. I had a similar experience in life having to quit professional handball because of lower back problems that would have gotten really bad if I continued. So I went to college and this year I graduated, my mind is a lot sharper and I think I am better off. For me as a fan I would have liked the player LiquidSheth to keep playing but I understand that life is more complex than that. I wish you to have the energy and will to work hard at your daily struggles and will surely tune in to one of the best streams with commentary there is.

Sheth, ill say it again, you always have been #1 manner bear in the community and im pretty sure you always will be, its good to read the path you have chosen, its also a great read like all of the other blogs you write, full of detail

Now to the tough news, not seing such a great player playing competitively anymore is a big loss to everyone, but im 100% sure you will stick around and entertain people, this type of thing is always a hard choice, but going on to do college and a degree is always a respectable choice.

Think i can say this an mean it from everyone, thank you for being such an amazing guy in the community!

Sorry to hear about your health issues. I think you made the right choice because as you mentioned, being a progamer is stressful and unstable compared to a profession but keep in mind that most professions out there can also case a great deal of stress. You're expected to perform otherwise you can get fired etc... Best of luck in your recovery!

Good luck man, it really says a lot about someone's maturity and mindset when they are able to transition gracefully into a different career. Especially when it's something like pro-gaming which we all have such a strong passion for -- it must be tempting to think "what if I just put in another couple of months of hardcore practice", etc. But at the end of the day you'll hopefully get to study and work with something else you have passion for and still get to enjoy the thrills of esports from the sidelines.

All in all you had a resoundingly positive impact in our community, and even though you never got to be a big winner -- you made SC2 a more exciting place to be (especially back when we were just kicking things off in 2010-2011). And who can forget when you all-killed EG in the IPL TAC 2

I remember meeting you at the TL Mafia afterparty at MLG Providence and it became obvious to me that you're a guy who genuinely enjoys making the community a better place while making new friends along the way.
