EPTSo you can all see this madness for yourself...
Before the game: I picked a name playing off someone else's just to create confusion and have a little fun.
Day 1: funny banter, someone says something suspicious off the bat and some other guy rolls with it, I try to side with the suspicious guy in case he's mafia then I'll look like mafia and get lynched.
Night 1: suspicious guy dies, oh well.
Day 2: I remind everyone I sided with him, and then go on to say I'm 100% town to make them confused, this was as close to a lynch I got all game until the end. 6/8 vote to try me, I tell them not to random that I'm jester for all they know... but someone else had a mafia hit. Half the town goes for the hit, I draw attention away and no lynches go out. Me blocking lynches is pretty much what happens the rest of the game.
Night 2: uneventful, some random doctor dies
Day 3: I thought someone tried to lynch doc on day 1 mistakenly, so I ask for who did it. Then I go straight for BBC, I put lots of town onto him, but not enough. It's okay because I took all the heat off of 4, which is important later.
Night 3 + 4, Day 4: uneventful, more people die, I keep the town from lynching people
Day 5: I finally get town to get BBC to trial, he posts his last will, so I can't really get him dead or vote him to trial anymore, one mafia and I are the only two to vote guilty. I go for 13 now and draw the lynch away again. Unfortunately, they aren't lynching anyone and I want them to be lynching me, things aren't going my way...
Night 5: Holy mother of pearl arsonist killing everything in sight o.0
Day 6: I try to pretend arsonist, it was a weak attempt. I accidentally vote up 10 for trial, sending him to the block. I claim him as arsonist and vote him innocent hoping that others will vote innocent, but it doesn't work, he gets lynched... turns out he was the arsonist o.0 weird night and day that round. Good thing? I'm pretty safe from any more kills, I've been sowing all sorts of confusion and am neutral so mafia won't go after me. Bad thing? Town is pretty sure I'm jester and won't lynch me.
Night 6: At this point I'm really worried, only 1 mafia left and I have to get the town to lynch me, town is so sure that I'm jester it's not likely i could claim to be mafia and they'd do anything about it... I even forget to annoy a target at night!
Day 7: I claim jester hoping they'll think I'm mafia claiming jester so they won't lynch... in any case they vote for the real mafia, and I simply don't vote, blocking the lynch.
Night 7: Things are looking grim, I resign myself to losing, making sure that no one else gets lynched.
Day 8: 4 and I vote to try the townie. I vote innocent, so does he. 4, my bro! Could it be? Are you going to vote me like a bro? Is a miracle about to happen?
Holy shit! They voted me!
Claiming jester, I tell them not to lynch me, it's the easiest way to get someone to do what you want them to do.
It works! :D
I laugh my ass off and win the game, everyone else loses.
I'm not the first to get the last laugh, but killing everyone else as jester, with opposing factions, in a game full of random people, it's not easy.
