"Editors note:
I´ve taken a lot of heat for my way of posting, I guess differently than what you are used to on some of these forums. I want this blog to be my place before anything else, to post whatever I think has value either to me, or to eSports in as a whole. Or to just fans. I´ll also throw in things that are funny and completely random. This screenshot is Starcraft-related. I hit it on the ladder, and it made me laugh, that´s important to me. And that´s what "blog entertainment" in media where I´m from typically is. I have been blogging for years, but only in swedish and obviously not so much about eSports other than the occasional shoutout to old friends who have been competing in tournaments. These types of posts may be "old", and considered a re-post. They are a part of my personality, the voice of my blog. By the way things have going I can be expecting this to be deleted and be PMd be a mod telling me "There is a thread for these types of jokes, yours have already been posted.
If this is a case then just let me know and I will blog on Facebook instead until my own website goes live. I respect your rules and if I don´t have a place here, I understand. Unfortunately haven´t been a more active part of this wonderful community until recently. Basically only using tl.net as a hub for my need for information and knowledge. I was happy posting on wcreplays.com. I didn´t feel like I needed to get familiar with an entirely new community. I was content. But then I realized how wrong I´d been. How dead the place was where I spent my time staring at the same old arguments between the same people. There was no love left for the game. And as an eSports hub it was "okay" at best. That´s why I needed the frontpage of tl.net so badly for my Starcraft needs. But I simply am not familiarized with how you run things to know for sure. I´ll respect your wishes and then take my other - out of place content - to my own little place on the web. And those who are interested in that can simply take part of that content there. I feel like it´s important to note though that
a lot of the stuff that will be posted on my blog within a day or two, once I´m deliveered an HD webcam from a sponsor, will be so much more than just long walls of text and some funny images. It´ll also include my own progress on the ladder, sometimes basically just statistics and the conclusions I can draw from them. If you feel this clutters your blog-section, as I said, I do understand.
But since I´ve recieved no PM for the moderators, and there are no stickied "Before making a new entry..." guidelides here on the blog section, which I find kind of odd considering what a tight ship you are running. I don´t really care about other peoples blogs unless they are friends of mine who do this professionally. And it´s not obvious that because most people constrict themselves to one one entry per day, that it´s a rule. I feel like a PM from a mod would be appropriate here.
I guess this instead will be a place where I only post my longer - more of value - posts about eSports if this is the case. Less personal and more content-oriented. But there is no inbetween. Either I get to keep all my posts or I take away that side of my posting completely.
But I´m beginning to understand that is perhaps for the best!
Edit: I keep forgetting this site has real blog writing functions like being able to bold things. One of the many reasons I despise using Facebook as a blog forum. Why I´m having my own site launched soon. But I still want to be an active part of the TL.net community. I just need to learn how things operate here.
Thank you for reading."
