Could emotional problems really induce that strong of a physical response?
Please don't give me those negative hate comments or the "just get over it" stuff, because that's not what I'm looking for, and it would just make my problems worse.
See, the problem is exactly that. I can't get over it.
Lately, my lady friend and I haven't been doing that great, and there's been epic drama, but both of us put it under the table, and we've just talked less, etc, etc...but we've settled it and it's all good now.
And like normally I can deal with stuff like that.
It's no big deal.
But why is my average blood pressure 140/95, with a resting pulse of 89? Sometimes my resting pulse skitters about 100. It's been like this for four days now, and I honestly don't know what to do.
I feel like I can't breathe sometimes, and I get this intense terrible feeling in my chest, and I feel nervous and scared...all the time...not a moment goes by where I am uncomfortable with these things...
When I exercise, it goes away, but then after I calm down, it's right back to it.
I can't breathe...I guess I know what people mean by that in songs now haha
How do I get rid of this?
I'm only 19...this sort of high blood pressure shit is not normal...
Oh yeah, no doctor for 3 weeks, so I need a temporary solution until then.

My solution is to see a doctor, as you have pretty obvious signs of hypertension, and it sounds like you're having mild anxiety attacks. But you can't see a doctor for 3 weeks so I guess you're kind of screwed.

Is there anything I can do the keep myself calm before then? :O

so no doctor for 3 weeks....assuming permanent damage doesn't get done during this time period, gotta start getting rid of stress inducing things.
And what's your diet like? Gotta eat healthy too. And sweeping stuff under the table is NOT healthy in any relationship, it's better to talk about it and sort things out rather than sweeping things under the rug and forgetting about them, that's just a temporary fix which will inevitably not end well
edit: and run or do some sort form of cardiovascular exercise

See a doctor. Or at the very least call a doctor's office. I don't know why you can't see a doctor, but you should be able to get something from a nurse on the phone.

My insurance ran out, and we're waiting to renew it T_T

What?
Is that a thing? How does insurance "run out"?
If you're employed, you're automatically insured. If you haven't done the paperwork, don't worry, it will work retroactively from the first day of employment. If you're unemployed, the same thing applies, only that the Arbeitsamt does the paperwork for you.
Just see a doctor, this shit sounds serious.
€: Sorry, I thought it said you're German in the OP, I'm tired...

I'm not a doctor but I honestly think you should seek the help of one as soon as possible, 3 weeks sounds too long. Until then I would seek out a friend (irl) that you can talk too, something about online communications is just not the same.
Take it easy, I hope you get well.

Oh yeah, the joys of the US healthcare system...
So yes, mental stress can have physical implications like high blood pressure.
Resting pulse isn't such a big issue afaik. 140/95 is, however. Since you're young and exercising, I would guess you can live with it for a while, but 3 weeks before you even visit a doctor is a lot.
You really have to see a doctor. There's no way around it. It could be stress, it could be something entirely different.
Until then, try to relax somehow. Get your mind off whatever is bothering you. Read interesting books to keep your mind occupied. Be physically active as that seems to have a big positive effect for you.
Ask some people to support you, maybe someone can help you arrange a visit at a doctor's or at least get you some drugs to reduce your blood pressure. It's a serious issue and nothing to be ashamed of.

Try some aspirin for now, or a sleep aid to calm you down at night and put you to sleep. Doctor immediately, however.

Are you getting adequate sleep and nutrition? Fix those and relax.

Sounds like anxiety attacks. Do you ever get the feeling that shit is not going to be ok? Not generally, but usually when these attacks come on, you start to get FUCKING anxious about anything. Like it will never happen, and then your brain spins out of control and basically leads you to a sort of depression.
if that's the case, look at the activities in your daily life. I use to get this ALL THE GOD DAMN time while playing SC2. The moment I stopped, my anxiety literally ceased. I don't know what the connection between the two is yet, but I have yet to have anxiety since i stopped playing. I actually played a game or two last night, and my anxiety came back in full force. Usually it's after i lose, but it can have some nasty after effects as well.

Not excessively, but Alcohol is known to lower your blood pressure/heart rate. I don't want to encourage binge drinking, but the odd Alcoholic beverage could help you here. 1. It will calm you down, so these panic attacks you seem to get won't occur, 2. it will thus lower your blood pressure/heart rate. Maybe you could try that before your Dr comes back? Then go see your Dr and get some anxiety pills. Also he might direct you to a shrink to find out whats making you like this, what i would guess is that your scared of losing your lady friend.

How do I avoid the shrinks? If anything, going to the shrinks will really tip me over the edge. I'm scared of the place.
I think that's what it is too haha but I had no idea it could affect me like this O_O like does that make sense to you?
And thanks for the beer tip haha

You can try and get by with just a few pills when you eventually see your Dr or take some beer on board when you really feeling the strain. But a shrink could fix you, he might fix your insecurities about being alone or without your lady friend. Who knows though, only you can decide, everything is scary at first but after a while it is ok, time is a healer after all. I wish you the best of luck! Try and find something which takes up your time when your at home could be another tip. But only you know what is wrong with yourself I wish you the best of luck
Thanks bud I've noticed League of Legends really helps but it's also finals week at college, though I'm on top of things LOL
