Beat my brain senseless this pain seems endless Whose mind is this? Mine? Can't make sense Patience Patience Patience Silence... BOOM Sounds the broken heart. I should just say its a poem about ky jelly though The poem is really just about how it feels when your laying in bed and you can't sleep and no matter how hard you try and distract your thoughts they always end up back on the same person. Take a moment think of something else, then watch as your brain relates whatever you are thinking back to what you don't want to think about. | ||

if i may advise, dont try to keep yourself from thinking about it. you should be thinking about it. think about it, let your heart feel everything it wants to, and just exert it all out. cry out, yell, punch your pillow, whatever. what you're feeling right now is what you need to feel in order to feel better, get your mind back together, and move on to the nex great adventure. and after you do all this (maybe it'll take a few days, even a few weeks), you'll start to feel better. you won't mull over the same stuff over and over again, you won't beat yourself up thinking "oh what if i had done this or done that." express what your body needs to express. your body knows what it should be doing. don't hold it back. | ||
