However I don't think blizzard will have two games within the same universe, so if they go wc4, they will probably make a different game to keep milking the wow-players. And as (I assume) they still make a lot more money from wow than from no-monthly-cost-games, they will release this before (Titan?!). The warcraft-universe is far too popular thanks to wow to not be continued, so let's just all hope we get wc4 instead of wow2. Anyway the sad truth is that neither sc3 nor wc4 is likely to be released within the next 5 years. Just look at the intervals at which blizzard has been releasing rts-games. edit to clarify: Blizzard's policy has always been "1 current game per genre and 1 current game per universe". | ||

In fact I suspect that SC2 alone wouldn't cause a dent to the BW pro-scene at all, as you can see SC2 is not very popular in SK, I think because it is not good enough for korean standards (and for most BW players). It was the match fixing scandal that pulled out sponsors from korean leagues + Blizzard & KeSPA being two assholes who couldn't find an agreement on IP rights. And K-pop, fucking K-pop killed BW pro-scene too. | ||
