Feeling like your in Hell

I dotn know why every once in a while i get this sickening feeling of thought that im in hell and that im just headed down the same path over and over again to blind to see it. I get such fear in my heart and it feels like there is nothing and no one that can save me except Allah.

fear is the mindkiller.

And reality is generally better than what you imagine.

When you get the feeling that god is the only answer, remember that, assuming you're not delusional, you're here for a reason, and the whole saving thing is contingent on you being willing to not let fear get in the way of doing whatever it is that needs to be done. Which typically involves saving puppies or helping homeless people or whatever. You could cure cancer if you felt like a good solid lifetime's work.

What does altruism have anything to do with the illusion of fear? I dont know if this is a troll blog post with troll responses.

If you try to enjoy/celebrate life instead of cowering in fear, you'll beat the devil at his own game. If this isn't hell, you're well off anyway.

It starts of like a panic attack or at least I imagine thats what one feels like. In the past ive run into my parents room and woke up my sister. I even called the police on myself once. I get overtaken by visions and these signs that were shown to me and yet I continue down the wrong path. Afterwords like right now I just feel very empty inside, no will to eat, work even live, like just a deep state of depression. This is the 4th episode now in maybe 4.5 months. Twice I went to the hospital and they told me it was paranoia. I wish though i could articulate or just have people see what I see, its to real to be fake and there is no way that the scenarios I envision can be generated by my mind. They are so complex so rich and the scary part is, that they all point towards this being just one giant penalty I'm experiencing and constantly being reminded of it. Like the Quran says thye will be constantly pulled back into hell over and over again. Im praying that this isnt hell and that it is Allah's unlimited mercy allowing me to finally follow along the righteous path.

Yes the first time it happened I didnt know what to do and just ran into their room screaming and then my sisters room, I was telling them we are all in hell and that no matter what we do we will stay there. They thought I was on drugs and freaked out.

This morning I was in the car with a friend of mine and I told him how we've been on this road time and time again and yet we always end up in hell. We see all the warning signs before it but we never get off on the ramps. I told him how last time I talked and asked what he remembered and he responded simply "a million lives" I asked him to clarify and he denied every saying that. On the whole ride to work I just felt like that, thats what it was a ride to hell with us realizing our faults and sins along the way and how it is to late to get off.
