Exciting predictions to watch out for...
LeeSak soulwalker does battle with Darth Life
This looks likely. The two strongest warriors in the galaxy, they'll undoubtedly do battle at some point. Hopefully it will happen in a playoff bracket on PartinG's march to saving the galaxy and give us some massive hype!
A final showdown between Obi Jung Kinobi and the Emperor
Mvp and NesTea haven't fought in the GSL for a long time, and Mvp always seemed to come out on top. But they're both here again now, and given the magnetism they seem to have for one another, it would be no surprise to see a climactic final battle to one of the best rivalries of Wings of Liberty.
Jang Solo and Chewhukka knocked out in the same round
These two friends destinies seem eternally tied, and it would be no surprise if they fell together in their battle against the Empire. This might be as early as the Ro32, but both are making a bit of a resurgence and so they could both make it all the way to playoffs.
A meaningless final between 2 "Stormtroopers"
Bland zerg A with standard play vs bland zerg B with standard play; the dream final! Not. But it could well happen and we'd have no great storyline to end Wings of Liberty on. Let's hope this doesn't happen.
An incredible final between good and evil!
Here's hoping for a sensational final storyline, something like: Ro8, only Mvp, PartinG and 6 zergs left. Mvp takes Life to the 5th game but loses; PartinG takes down zerg after zerg in incresingly exciting sets to end Wings of Liberty with a final battle between the zerg empire and PartinG's Soul Rebellion. Then, in set 7, when all hope seems lost, he debuts a build which zerg just can't win against, and forever frees WoL from the evil empire of zerg...
Here's hoping.
