Me too, its a better laugh for me than an episode of the office(a not funny episode though). StateofReverie is a high level subject of hilarious interwebs mockery. I differ from you, Ikidomari, in that I find StateofReverie blogs hilarious on their own. His attitude is one of a kind, at least in my reading voice.

Starwars is a metaphor for sex i believe. in highschool my friends used to say "watch starwars" to actually mean having sex. this is because my one friend watched starwars during sex and so did my other friend. I thought by the end it was just troll post designed to have us all buy dolce and gabbana. But the girl stories were good. What was basically normal, if not slightly awkward, human interaction was made to sound like OP practically scored. Freshman year sure were the days.

Today I woke up a little bit late. Not too late, I still had 2 hours before I had to go to work, but later than what I normally wake up at. I probably should have showered and cleaned up my room a bit, but I just sat on the computer until 30 minutes before work, at which time I promptly took a speed shower and make it to work only 1 minute late. No one really cares if I'm a few minutes late so no one said anything.

Also you had 2 hours before work. That means that you have at least 1 hour to fully "wake up" and then another full hour before work. You said that you could have showered and cleaned your room up a little bit, but sat on the computer for 30 minutes. If you REALLY want to be efficient, you can pick up like 3 things from your room while the computer is booting up, or if you are doing anything where you have to wait for more than 5 seconds, try to pick up at least 1 thing around your room.
That is assuming though, that your goal was to try to get something done in the morning with your free time during work. If you just wanted to take the day off and have a chill day, that's fine too. I go about +/-5 mins to work. I give myself about 5 mins max being late so I am late ONLY on occasion about 5 mins sometimes because I know I can get away with it.
