As awesome as anyone, real or fictional, can ever be.
I'm doing good at university, got back into poker and playing really good thanks to a few new good friends and my company is rolling in enough cash. Lots of acomplishment for a 21yo boy. My expending is currently like 0 given I still live with my parents, so I'm working on just racking cash almost stress free (now) for early retirement (will talk a lot about this).
All that said, nothing compares to finding my true passion. Trough the ups and down of this year (got my first real gf and broke up with her a month ago or so) this the one thing that was always there, to put all my energy and mind into it. So I'd start my blog with that.
POWERLIFTING
Powerlifting is a weight class based sport, where each lifter gets 3 attemps for Squat, Bench Press and deadlift. Winner for each class is determined by the TOTAL amount lifted.
While weight lifting is prolly more popular to the general audience because of the olympics, powerlifting has grown exponentially in the US and Europe. I'm sure it will be on the olympics eventually, but prolly not soon enough for me to compete at it. I don't care, I love it. I'm going after the fucking WR 181 pounds total, drug tested athletes. Not even close yet, but within a few years its totally within my grasp.
Is there is one word that would describe powerlifting, it would be MOTHER FUCKER INTENSITY. While oly lifting relies heavily on technique and speed-strength, powerlifting is mostly about raw slow maximum power (still, technique is fucking important). Let me introduce you guys to what intensity really is; the most amazing feat of strength ever. CAPTAIN KIRK.
Aside from his balls to wall intensity, captain kirk was quite elocuent (ya, he was). One of my favorite quotes was said by him:
"Most power lifters share some common defects, and as a whole for whatever reason, LOVE to punish, beat and torture ourselves beyond the limits of mind and body. It is our spirit that prevails. This defect of intelligence and sensibility pushes us onto the next level, makes us better and stronger. (...) Thank God that therapy doesn't work on us." - Captain Kirk
Since I'm making a separate blog about him, and one about powerlifting, this is as much I'm going into here.
Can't stop to mention TL health and fitness thread, its really a great sub forum. Lots of great advice, and people at all training levels.

As of now, I'm working slowly and steadily on a few goals and I'd like to share lots of stuff I've picked up lately with tl, given I've read a whole lote shit of them and made some great progress. That stuff is:
-Lift more
-Get leaner
-Make more money
-Fuck more
-Study more
And a whole bunch of sub topics about them. To sum up, my purpose is to keep myself accountable and hopefully help others on my quest, which is quite simple.
“You can and should be better, stronger, faster, leaner, and more learned than you are, and the only one who can make you so is you”. – Jamie Lewis
I know this site if full of smart people, a lot more than me, and there is a lot of potential in them. But that shit gonna be only potential unless you start doing fucking something.
Feel free to suggest what u would like to hear about of any shit I mentioned for the following blog entries.
