Game 1 today is a TvP on Ohana. I open up with my usual 1rax expo build that I use in all of my matchups, get my natural up at a reasonable time, but he hits me with a very odd attack at around the 11 minute mark, which I think was a 4gate + robo, but extremely late. Pulling SCV's, I was able to easily thwart any attempts at an early win from my opponent, and he gg's after his push fails and he has nothing left in his army. I had 48 workers at 10 minutes (which is awesome considering how tired I am right now, it's getting more subconscious), and my production facilities were placed in good timing. However, I should have kept spending resources while I was getting attacked, as I acquired quite the trust fun during the attack.
Game 2 is TvT on Tal'Darim. TvT is my worst matchup right now, and it's due to the fact that I just don't have a grasp on when and where I can be attacking. With the other two matchups, I'm used to just having a higher food army, stimming and stutterstepping up his ramp and killing him. However, against terran, I have to take into account seige tanks and counter drops, the latter being much more commonly used by terran than the other races. Once again, I open up, take my natural, find his base, and push out at 10 minutes with a sizable army. However, after I seige near his natural, I simply cannot break into his main. I rally MMM + tanks and am simply unable to bust through to his natural. However, looking at the replay, I am extremely ahead and I should have just done sick drops in his main to force him to unseige and then win the game like that. He ends up doing a drop in my main while I have nothing to defend, killing all of my SCV's and I tap out.
The final game for today is TvP on Ohana once more. This one is a little bit more back and forth, but the theme is the same. He goes for gateway + collosus. I go for a mainly Marauder focused army, with some Medivac and Viking support. The fights go everywhere, from his natural, to mine, and back to the middle of the map. However, I out-macro'd him, made a good decision to add on a ton of production facilties, and eventually overwhelmed him with all my stuff. It was a very good game for me, because I made late game decisions that improved my ability to keep re-maxing after attacking.
All 3 games I had 48-50 workers by the 10 minute mark, which is awesome. Sometimes, I just forget to do things like upgrade, or build my next buildings, but I can fix those with some AI games. Truth of the matter is that I'm super freaking tired today and I feel like I'm about to fry my brain. I only played 3 games instead of 5 because I didn't want to become frustrated if I lost too much, and I feel like I wouldn't be able to keep my focus for too many games after the third one was so long and hard fought.
For a final question, is there a way to see your losses? I would like to keep track of my win/loss statistics but I can't seem to find how many losses I have.
As always, thank you so much for taking the time out of your day in order to read about a little bit of mine. It truly means a lot to me!
P.S. No screenshots for the games today because I'm honestly too tired to go through the process of watching the replay and finding good screenshots, then resizing, uploading etc. etc. Takes a lot of time and focus which I simply don't have at the moment >.< Thank you for reading!!
