-Sleeping Dogs: One of the best surprises of the year. Awesome combat, amazing story, and a brilliant setting. Choosing Hong Kong as the setting of the game just made it all that special to me as I love HK Cinema. The game is largely inspired by popular HK movies such as Infernal Affairs and goes on to tell a really engrossing story that will get you hooked right from the start. I will put up a full review soon, so tune in for that !
-Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance: One of the main reasons I bought a 3DS, so finally getting this was quite exciting. Overall all I've been enjoying the game pretty well aside from a few issues. I'm still a bit iffy on Dream Eaters, the different worlds' stories, and some of the dialogue choices, but its definitely the best entry on portables both in terms of gameplay and polish.
-DOTA2: I just recently started playing DOTA2 and I'm still pretty new to MOBAs. I didn't even play the original DOTA, and barely played any LoL games. So breaking that preliminary barrier was a bit complicated. Though once I started to get the hang of the basics the game became a ton of fun. I was actually pretty surprised as to how fun the game could be, so I expect me to be playing this for a pretty long time.
What have you guys been playing this month?
