Continued from my previous blog entry - thanks for all your support.
I bring to you Other People's Fail, all among my close friends. My own epic fails will continue in Part 3 and onwards.
Fail 1.
My friend was out with his gf and her sister. After dropping the sister back, he remarked to his gf:
"Your sister is quite pretty"
She responded with "then why don't you go for her"
"I would if I was single"
"WHAT"
"No but I have you"
"So you mean I'm not as pretty as my sister?"
"No darling, you got it wrong! I didn't fall in love with you for your looks anyway..."
She did not speak to him for quite a long time.
Fail 2.
I was talking to a couple of friends about this article I had read in some magazine. According to it, if your gf asks you whether you will still love her when she is old and not pretty anymore, there are three levels of answers:
WORST: Let's see when the time comes.
OKAY: I'll be old too then right.
BEST: Oh great, then no other guys will come to snatch you away.
After hearing me say this one girl then wanted to see what her bf would say. So at dinner that night, she asked her bf in front of all of us: "Darling, when I'm old and not pretty anymore, will you still love me?"
He looked at her for a moment, then slowly said:
"You aren't pretty now anyway"
She sighed while all of us nearly died of laughter.
Note: They are still together after 5 years and will probably get married soon.
Fail 3.
My housemate wanted to tackle this girl (the B to B+ girl from my prior entry). This was before the B to B+ incident. So he sent her a message on Facebook:
"Hey, what do you think of me?"
She did not reply.
After a day or so, he followed up with:
"Hey! I've been waiting for your answer for 24 hours you know!!!!"
Needless to say she never replied.

Awesome awesome stories. I am curious whether the answers given in "fail 2" are actually the right ones.

I think 1 and 3 were pretty terrible, but honestly in 2, I'm pretty sure they must have been really close anyway, and your friend likely knew she wouldn't be legitimately mad. Your own fails were even more hilarious though, probably because it's more personal and you were able to give more detailed descriptions

Lol, actually Fail 2 wasn't really a real fail, all of us know that my friend is just that way, i.e. never sweet in public. When his aforementioned gf stretches out her hand to hold his he actually karate blocks it away, to our great amusement.
I'll continue with more of my own fails in the next post I promise.

Fail 2 was good lol, your friend's got some balls of steel to pull that off.
Also, I think the hotter-sister is a pretty common situation

When hazelynut was 18 a boy confessed and asked if i wanted to go out with him.
She was just like... "you're kidding right?"
