After going 4-6 last year, and losing 5 of the 6 losses by less than 7 points, I'm really hoping to make the playoffs this season. Especially because my team has much more experience and leadership...
Which leads me into the main point of this blog. Today, I learned that i was selected as one of my team's varsity captains! My teammates voted on four captains, and i'm proud to say i am one.
My reaction was similar to Mr. Bison,
As a senior this season, starting the "beginning of the end" is a little bittersweet, but hopefully months of offseason lifting and skill + high team chemistry will make it a season to remember!
