As I mentioned in my last blog (or thereabouts), part of my preparation for playing includes writing, so I had been writing most of my blog entries before playing. What I've found in the last couple days is that I haven't needed to write in order to get myself into the zone. I've just been playing! It's great! And on that note, I took a look at my match history, and out of the last 20 matches I've played, I've won 18 of them. Nutty! I hadn't even realized that I was on a big winning streak -- I've just been having fun. I'm really feeling like I'm starting to internalize a lot of the stuff that I've wanted to interalize, like when to make drones, when to attack, when attacks come, etc. Anyway, just dropping another blog since I haven't in a couple days. Yay StarCraft!

Razith Canada431 Posts August 08 2012 02:48 GMT #2 Awesome work! One thing that worked for me as well was picking a single thing to improve on and only work on that until its second nature. I then would add on another task, and only perform it if I could maintain all the prior tasks I accomplished. What I found was that even as a top diamond player, I was still really bad at macro and that I could push out another 20-25 food if I really worked at it. I went from building only SCV's, to building only marines / scv's, to a simple MM build. I was amazed how strong bad build choices were (like MMM vs zerg) as long as you had that macro. Anyways, keep it up!
