If you really want to put on weight, try swallowing several of the watermelon seeds and some "Miracle Grow"
You can get it at your local home improvement store. A watermelon plant will begin growing in your stomach and some watermelons can get upwards of 15 pounds before harvest!
Hope this helped!

All that stuff you eat are like snacks for most guys haha... But come on man since you're going to Thailand I'd guess your at least 18, so hour should be old enough to know what to eat

I'm 6'0'' 205lbs currently going to the gym 5-6 times per week (3 days on, 1 off) trying to cut down to ~185lbs and then bulk back up to ~195lbs. This is my diet.
I work 8am-5pm so my eating schedule is based around my work.
7:30am Protein Shake
8:30am 2 Light Yogurts at the office.
10:30am ~1cup organic dried oats with dried blueberries (kind of like a loose granola, you eat it raw)
12:30pm grilled chicken breast with side of fruit from office cafe.
2:30pm ~1cup organic dried oats with blueberries or 14 raw organic almonds
5:30pm gym+protein shake
6:30pm grilled chicken breast + vegetable side. I generally do artichoke, broccoli or garden peas.
10:30pm Bed time, protein shake.
I've been doing exactly this for ~1 month so far. I know it's not glamourous and many people would get bored. However, I find the most success when cutting or bulking to follow a super strict diet. I basically pretend im a robot and this is what I need to stay turned on. Food stops becoming a pleasure seeking activity and more a refueling. I actually love the taste of everything I'm eating too so it's not so bad. With this diet you get ~190g protein so make sure you're working out or the protein will just convert to fat.
I won't get into my gym routine and bore everyone but generally its, day 1 arms, day 2 legs/core(abs), day 3 chest/back, day 4 off. Then just repeat that cycle, you end up at the gym 5-6 times per week.

I actually do workout The problem is that I don't get very hungry even after working out. I've been like this since I was a kid, have easy to forget about my hunger. I think that might be normal, some say that exercise is a appetite suprressant, it never was for me, but idk i guess it is for some people :o.

Me being the good stereotypical chinese boy I am, rice soup for breakfast (with this sprout thingies I don't know what they are called).
Lunch is rice, with some kind of meat and veggie. Sometimes I'll have like a pizza or pasta.
Dinner is basically the same thing, minus the pizza.

Hah, I hear ya. The overhead to compete can be a bit much. Especially the bike :/

Your meals look so delicious :D Now I need to go buy myself some watermelon for tomorrow's breakfast ^^

typical weekday
breakfast: 1L of milk 1 cup of coffee 2 onigiri (rice and random fish)
lunch: restaurants near work, typically I aim for lots of protein, but rice is sort of unavoidable Probably 200-400g of chicken/pork/beef, and 100g of rice, and random veggies depending on the restaurant
dinner: I try to cook at home, so probably 300g - 500g of beef, and random veggies
two protein shakes during the day mixed with whole milk
typical weekend
breakfast: 200g - 400g of fish, pan fried (variety varies from salmon, to snapper, to anything really) 2 scrambled eggs with veggies
lunch: I get lazy here, so probably a box of sushi and a box of sashimi, or a piece of prepared fish like grilled unagi
dinner: either 300g of japanese steak or w/e soup that I make with pork or beef.

So long as you are happy with your eating habits, you are perfectly fine dude . just don't under eat for your weight or over eat for the weight you want.

I'm generally at the gym between 1h-1h45m depending on what I'm doing that day. Chest/Back days are definitely brutal because you're so sore everywhere lol. Shoulders are most of the time fit in during arm day or chest/back day (believe it or not). My actual lifting routine is similarly planned out like my diet but didn't feel it was threadworthy to type it all out heh. The only thing I don't like about my current lifting situation is im very machine reliant. I go to the gym with my girlfriend and she's a tiny fit thing, like 5'3'' 113lbs and isn't comfortable spotting for me. Couple this with that fact that I'm an awkward penguin and don't like to talk to strangers, I don't get to do much in the way of free weights. I feel I still get a great workout just whoring the machines but I know it could probably be better with traditionally free weights for some excersises.

I'm from the netherlands, so I have bread and cheese for breakfast/lunch, and then potatoes/rice + veggies and meat for dinner.
I find the lunches that you guys have very weird - two hot meals in one day? wtf?

Oh, I should also mention water is very important. I drink 32oz of water at 1030, 1230 and 230 every day with my 'snacks' and lunch in my meal chart above. Add in the 8-10oz of water per protein shake (3 a day) I'm getting, a lot of water! :D

Pizza in the morning

Pizza at suppahtime
+ Show Spoiler +When pizza's on a bagel you can have pizza anytime!
I have no idea why but that just popped in to my head when reading your OP hahah. Man what a trip back in time haha.

lunch isnt very different from dinner here in the states, only real exception would be if you're eating a cold sandwich or something
