EPTTo introduce myself, my name is Sameer Gupta (holy tits a brown guy!), and im gonna enter my 2nd year of engineering at McMaster University (going into the comp eng stream, at McMaster, you have to take a general first year then apply for streams. I got my first choice :D). Iv worked at that uni's Lyons New Media Centre (that place where you can play video games, like starcraft, and make videos n music n chill n all that c00 sht), man that was a best first job ever. Iv been browsing these forums for quite some time now, and maybe you've seen my posts around here, maybe not. Now I just feel like blogging. Ill just write as I go, no structure.
Man first thing on my mind is the NASL grand finals. You people dont understand how excited I am. This is my first esports event, and the best part is that its right at my friggin door step!!! Like what are the chances right? NASL? Day9? Gretorp? Huk? All in my home town? Like frig 0_0. And I was just thinking a day before finding out about this,after watching some streams, that it would be years before I could ever experience this. Then BOOM, the next day, that NASL thread pops, says its at the international centre (thats litterally a 10 minutes drive away from my house :D:D:D:D:D:D). Right way I just started saving up to buy tickets for myself and my bro (well my rents r helping to pay for his ticket). Like jeezuz how fortunate can I get eh? (thats right I said eh). Man even on the way back from work today, as I was passing the International centre, I was thinking that Day9 is somewhere near me. Felt pretty awesome. So yeah if you see 2 brown guys that look the same and r the same height, the guy in the glasses is me :D.
Next thing on my mind is the fingertip grip. God its so damn painful. Iv been using the claw grip, but no matter what I changed the settings to, the back of the mouse would always crash into my palm, so I couldnt really get to the minimap comfortably. Thus I changed grips. most of the pain is that curve where the middle and ring finger join up (cuz im not used to splitting the fingers so far apart). My question is, do you guys know how to make it less painful, or do I have to suck it up and get used to it. Just wondering.
Well, ima read it over to make sure its not too much of an explosion of thoughts n post it. Then ima give my mouse hand some more rest before I start laddering. OH YEAH FUCK I FORGOT TO SAY WHAT MY RANK IS lol. K my ID is LiKeAsir.599 (I share this acocunt btw) and im a top 8 silver breaking gold, but I dropped to like rank 30 cuz of my grip change.
